IT Infrastructure & Systems Engineer
Passionate about solving technical challenges and automating system processes to deliver business value.
I run IT end to end for a multi-site feed manufacturer, 3–5 sites and 100–300 users, covering networks and servers, security and access, automation and integrations, and vendor and budget management.
I build the business systems most network engineers only connect to: a reporting dashboard on SAP Business One via OData, a workforce dashboard on Jisr, and automated attendance pipelines from BioTime, with no development team behind me.
I'm the bridge between the MES vendor and the production floor, gathering requirements and tracking delivery. Outside work I self-host what I can: WireGuard VPN, n8n on Cloudflare Tunnel, and a handful of open-source tools.

05/2025 – Present- · Own all IT infrastructure across 3–5 sites serving 100–300 users, reporting to the IT Manager.
- · Built a reporting dashboard on SAP Business One via OData, giving management direct visibility into live operational data.
- · Built a workforce dashboard on the Jisr HR platform and automated attendance pipelines from BioTime biometric devices.
- · Bridge between the MES vendor and the business, gathering production requirements and tracking delivery.
- · Connected all sites through site-to-site VPN tunnels, and deployed monitoring and alerting.
- · Own network security end to end, and manage IT vendors, contracts, and budget.
